Electrical measurement method is presented for liquid zones and boundaries formed in active neuron. In advance, this paper shows modelling of active neuron composed of three zones and two depletion layers (boundaries). This paper present the measurement method composed by counting of transmission and reflection components respecting zones and boundaries in transmission line. This paper then presents system configuration for measurement of three zones and two depletion layer in an active neuron. This system is composed of the chirp method for conversion of distance to time-frequency difference with the chirp method and the proposed method for fine resolution of zone potential and boundary reflection in a neuron.
