Compared to traditional materials, high-strength steels are characterized by high strength, light weight, and long service life. In this paper, Auto girder reinforced plate is taken as the research object, and the finite element simulation software MSC.MARC is utilized to simulate the forming process and reflect the stress and strain states of the plate. Due to the fact that springback cannot be avoided during roll forming, the influence of process parameters on the springback of the sheet material was studied. The simulation results show that the material properties have a significant effect on springback. The higher the yield strength, the greater the springback when the sheet material is bent and deformed; the relative bending radius also has a great impact on springback. As the relative bending radius decreases, the rebound deflection significantly decreases. The forming speed and the distance between the arches have little impact on the springback and can be ignored in actual production.
