摘要

Due to excellent corrosion resistance to water vapor and fused salt deposits, Al-Cr-Fe coatings have been widely used in the surface engineering field of materials.Based on successfully preparing Al-Cr-Fe coatings on SUS 430 stainless steel substrate by electrodepositing Cr/Al composite coatings followed by heat treating, the formation process of Al-Cr-Fe coatings was investigated in this paper.The effects of the time and temperature of heat treatment on the interdiffusion of Al-Cr coating and substrate were studied using XRD, SEM and EDS.The effects of the composition of the interface on the interdiffusion were also discussed.
