摘要

In this research, the ability of a commercial laccase to decolorize a reactive blue dye was investigated. The influences of operating temperature and pH on the enzymatic decolorization were carefully checked, which indicated the optimal temperature is 40°C and the pH value at 4.0. By monitoring the decolorization of reactive dye, it was found the activity of laccase was affected by various auxiliary chemicals such as common salts, metal ions, chelating agents and surfactants.
