Research on Application of High Strength Steel in Lightweight of SUV Body

摘要

The paper takes the SUV body lightening as a research object, analysed of the regularity of distribution of the high strength steel plate, then proposed the body of the high strength steel distribution solutions. Based on this, according to performance goals of the enterprise experience of the company database, made optimization of the plate thickness sensibility based on rigidity and modal and also made optimization of the sensibility of front body structure based on the crashworthiness, to make the weight of the body that used strength steel plate decreased 9.82 Kg, the bending stiffness increased 22.5%, and first order modal frequency increased 10.6%.
