The Research on Simulation of Storage Operation System Based on Flexsim

The warehouse is the major place for storing the goods in the logistics operations. And the operation flow of warehouse has a direct impact on the logistics efficiency and benefit. Otherwise, logistics simulation technologies have been widely used in the field of logistics. It verified the validity and rationality of the logistics planning in a certain extent. This article use Flexsim as the simulation's tool, and take X Company as the research object. And we used Flexsim to establish the simulation model of X company's warehouse. According to simulation results, we analyze the bottleneck problem in the warehouse operation. Then put forward some suggestions for improvement and optimization.
