Research on the Obstructive Factors and Related Countermeasures of Implementing Green Building in Shenyang

The article analyzes the present situation of green building's development in Shenyang from the following five aspects, which are policies and regulations, the masses awareness, management organization, green evaluation, supply and demand in the market. It puts forward that there is still many obstructive factors in the green building's implementing progress in Shenyang. In order to eliminate the obstructive factors, it proposes the related countermeasures to improve the green building's development in Shenyang.
