Analysis of the Logistic Rate of the Patient Satisfaction in the Drug Supply Chain: Case of Moroccan Hospital System

摘要

In recent years, the number of research projects aimed at analyzing and improving the performance of the various links in the hospital supply chain has progressed significantly. Thereby, a focus on the study of the performance of the hospital pharmacy must continue to occur, and be granted to future researches in order to raise the performance of the hospital field. Evoking the notion of performance analysis, it comes to our mind the question about which tools to use and which those between them allow better quantification of the elements related to this performance. The main goal of this work is to identify the performance drivers that influence mostly the performance of the drugs supply chain of the hospital pharmacy and that will later be integrated into the statistical variables of ARENA in order to reassess the model and generate indicators.
