This research is based on high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of bisphenol A, nonylphenol and octylphenol in sewage. Sewage samples use dispersive liquid-liquid extraction-pre column derivatization-High performance liquid chromatography method for the determination. Dichloromethane is extracting agent. Acetonitrile and water (V:V = 90:10) are mobile phase. Bisphenol A, nonylphenol and octylphenol detect by Inertsil ODS-P column (5 μm, 250 × 4.6 mm) after the separation of fluorescence. Fluorescence excitation wavelength is 227 nm. The emission wavelength is 313 nm. Sample complete in 6 min within the peak. Linear range is 0.1 ~(10) mg/L. In 0.1, 0.5 and 1 mg/L three concentrations of added level of sewage recovery of samples are respectively 94.7-106.8 %. The method is simple, rapid and economic actual samples. It can be used for sewage.
