NANOMATERIALS AND PRINTED ELECTRONICS

摘要

A number of new families of materials are emerging for use in printed electronics including nanotubes and 2D structures including graphene. This paper will look at the history of commercializing nanomaterials in processes (e.g. stencils) and products (e.g. nano silver and copper) as well as the history of commercializing nanomaterials and systems under the National Nanotechnology Initiative and derive some guidelines to help us to commercialize graphene and other promising 2D structures which look to have a promising future.
