Bolts are widely used in Launch Vehicle. This paper presented a design of bolts tighting test system for launch vehicle based on PLC and Servo Motor. PLC controller and Servo Motor were selected. The stress and displacement of the main load-bearing component was checked by the finite element method (FEM). PID closed-loop control was employed; the influence of PID parameters on the response curve was discussed.
