Key Communication Success Factors (KCSFS): A Case Study of Information System Department in Saudi Telecom

According to the 'best practice' principles such as PMBOK and Prince 2 and large numbers of related research institutions such as Gartner, Communication is an important factor for the success of any project or activity within the information systems departments The research statements have identified the key success factors in a typical work environment, without mentioning the influence of external factors, which may be variable from one place to another that leads to instability in the organization thus ending up with no final list of success factors, so the factors that have been mentioned and explained were applicable to be followed within the normal or semi-normal structured organization. According to scope of SWISS 2013 to adequate between social and technical, this research will be more useful to explain the main key communication factors to have more attractive environment in IT.
