ELECTRONICALLY REMOTE CONTROL OF POULTRY FARM

This working is based upon observing the poultry farm remote electronically (by internet) and upon the starting and stopping of required units of the poultry farm located on 30 km distance. To start this system, it requires a computer connected to internet in poultry farm, a logo-type PLC, Zelio programme that provides switching, cameras and Teamviewer programme that provides remote access. It is possible to observe poultry farm by the help of internet and telephone from different places and to interfere immediately to the units when needed by this system without distance limitation. By making this automation, reducing the number of employees working in poultry farm to minimum level has reduced the labour costs to minimum level. The system that we made its automation is extremely secured because remote access programme has a user name consisting of 8 numbers and a password consisting of 12 characters. Additionally, security can be improved more by adding a password to PLC programme situated in the computers of the poultry farm. In case that the owner of the business wants, he/she can interfere all the things that employee does and can only control employee via any internet environment as well. Remote control system by Gsm was designed by using various hardware and software tools. Proteus ISIS simulation programme for circuit design, MicroCode Studio Plus compiler for PIC software and Pic Basic language, Brenner 8 for PIC programme, serial programming card were used.
