Output Power Leveling in Household Photovoltaic Generation System with Capacitor

摘要

This paper presents a new photovoltaic generation output power leveling system with a large DC capacitor. The photovoltaic generation changes its output power depending on the weather. The change of output power have harmful influence in the power system. Therefore, the output power leveling is desired. In the previous paper a kind of discontinuous control had proposed for power leveling. This paper presents a new continuous control applying a DC/DC converter. The system performance is confirmed by EMTP/ATPDraw simulation.
