This paper is focused on ground movements due to underpinning-induced masonry buildings in the centre of Moscow. Jet-grouting technique considers distortions that may occur as a result of an inaccurate processing sequence. The purpose of the paper is to determine and demonstrate the minimum value of this displacement in relation with total measure, obtained on the two similar recent construction sites.
