Based on the obtained results of the recently conducted research project, with the specific objective to determine energy efficient and cost-effective solutions for replacing fossil fuel and electricity by the solar energy for air-conditioning and water heating for different purposes (sanitary water, swimming pools and washing) in the Special hospital of the Spa Rusanda in Serbia, this paper describes the research approach and results of similar study performed for the hydro-meteorological and climatic conditions characteristic for Jordan. In addition, presented is preliminary design of an innovative, energy efficient cost effective system, by the building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) system powered heat pump assisted by waste water heat recovery, for the solar air-conditioning, water heating and water saving for Jordan. Crucial for the whole study success is understanding and prediction of solar water heating systems dynamic behavior and synergetic relations between energy efficiency, solar radiation intensity stochastic changes, and air-conditioning and sanitary water consumption dynamics.
