Delivering a low-carbon economy puts ourselves on a path to cut CO_2 emission, which is the main contributor to global warming. Developing low-carbon technology in electricity industry will play an important role in future since electricity always being the biggest emission source. This paper analysis electricity carbon emissions used scenario analysis method in Baoding, forecasts power load based on economic targets and energy efficiency targets, and analysis CO_2 emissions by coal power new technology application scenarios, and then, carried out some suggestions on the electricity sector's CO_2 emission reduction work used the analysis results.
