摘要

Lightweight sludge ceramsite was manufactured using dewatered sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants as the main raw material, complemented by fly ash and clay ingredients. The results indicate that the sintering temperature on the ceramsite's performance impacts the most. Sludge ratio has certain influence on the bulk density of sludge ceramsite. The ratio of sludge in the experiment can be up to 80% and meet the requirements of the light weight.
