摘要

The transition angle of spinneret hole bottom is usually concentrated in the three kinds of angle, 60°, 70° and 90°. Based on special processing on the transition angle of spinneret with SUS630 hole bottom and high-quality finish requirements, this paper analyzes special tool spade drill by Deform-3D FEM simulation, contrasts the trend of the axial force and torque in stable condition, and determines the optimal automation of processing parameters by engineering experiment, the angle 90° is not easier to prone the phenomenon of chipping knife, and easier processed rather ran the angle 60° and 70°, verify the results of FEA simulation.
