Some properties and a characterization of two-directional scaling function

In this paper, we denote two direction MRA and two direction scaling function in L~2 (R) with dilation factor 2, discuss the proposition of two direction scaling function, give a necessary and sufficient condition for a function to be a two direction scaling function.
