Study on the transport of heavy metal lead in cabbage and the influence of cabbage growth with organic fertilizer

In the test, we adopted the method of potted plant cultivation to research that how the organic fertilizer influences on the growth of plants in the soil as regards to different concentration of lead pollution and analyze the transport of lead in soil and plants system. In each group, the root tolerance index (RTI) and transport factor (TF) of plant were analyzed. The results showed that the root of the plant had great effect on the lead pollution. After its root contacted lead, most of the lead were kept in root, rather than moving. The quantity of lead of plant including ground and underground were measured. The results showed that the quantity of lead in underground was too much higher than the quantity on the ground.
