Research on Project Site Sampling Method of Quality Supervision Sampling Inspection for Corrugated Sheet Steel Beams for Guardrail

By analyzing the component population and the requirements in the standards, we proposed sampling plan for project site. We can gain the lot acceptance by the minimum sample size. The corrugated sheet steel beams for guardrail is widely used on expressway, and it is one of important protection products for highway engineering. Therefore, the quality of corrugated sheet steel beams for guardrail is paid attention by society, the product quality supervision sampling inspection is implemented by Ministry of Transport for more than ten years. Quality supervision sampling inspection is one of quality supervisions on production plants, circulation, installation site and post-installation project site organized by state or government authorities, and it is carried out by quality supervision and inspection agencies. Sampling is an important part of quality inspection. Sampling method should be scientific and economic, so that the representativeness and completeness of the sample will be ensured. The corrugated sheet steel beams for guardrail includes guardrail plate, column, discourage block, bracket and connecting vice. Quality characteristics of every component is different, so its sampling method should be different. Lot is a certain number of product, material and service. Lot size(N)is the product quantity in the lot. The classification method of lot is different between factory inspection and engineering inspection, the sampling method will also be different. The sampling method of every component of corrugated sheet steel beams for guardrail on project site will be discussed specifically in this paper.
