Undergraduate tutorial system is a new kind of students management system in higher education, fully reflects the people-centered educational idea in the field of higher education. On the background of the educational popularization and from the conditions and difficulties, this in-depth study and practice put forwards all-round help and guidance to undergraduate in terms of political thought, learning methods, and profession (direction) and course selection. This study advocated the undergraduate tutorial system should be designed according to the actual and specific circumstances of each school, and explored a model suitable to the operation and implementation of the diversification of tutorial system in higher education management under the educational popularization stage.
