This paper presents an attempt to make a synthesis of a fuel cell control system using fuzzy logic. The main emphasis was placed on taking into account the limitations of fuel cell usage in underwater ships. The fuel cell system model was implemented in MATLAB/SIMULINK as well as a proposed control system. For the formulated model the simulation researches and the comparison analysis of the elaborated control systems were performed.
