摘要

This article uses social network analysis theory (SNA) to analyze the network structural features of the spread of Internet public opinion during Emergencies.The ease is a major emergency that occurred on August 16,2010—The Yi Chun fireworks explosions.First Pajek software was used to generate a 8.16 information dissemination network topology diagram.Then,based on adjacency matrix,we analysis the Network density,average distance,Centre for measurement and core-periphery distance by using Ueinet software.This paper uses detailed data to analyze the key nodes of the Public dissemination process,expands social network methods in the field of emergency management applications,and overcomes the shortcomings of previous research which separate technology and management practices.
