The Research on Logistics System Design and Development of New Formats in Central Zone for industry Growth

This paper establishes logistics system in the central economic zone, which make stable development of systematic logistics and format for the central zone, targeted, scientific and operational response options to streamline the logistics industry chain, optimizing logistics resources configuration, reducing logistics operating costs, mining profit source logistics, impedance logistics system risk, thus improving the overall logistics and economic operation quality and efficiency of the optimal policy plan. The results enrich the new form of logistics development theory, decision making for policy makers, and have important application value, significant social and economic benefits.
