To resolve the miss and inconvenient quantitative analysis of surface defect of hot dip galvanized automobile steel sheet, Baosteel-Nsc Automotive Steel Sheets Co.Ltd imported automatic surface inspection system(ASIS).Through constantly improvement the ASIS can assist online inspector to make judgement,the surface defect identification ratio is increasing,there are quantitative analysis data for product surface quality, ASIS is also very helpful in reducing customers' claims.
