New paradigms of water tariffs: Expected evolutions on tariffs within developed countries

The traditional business model for water reach an end with a decrease of the consumption (better appliances, changes in the consumers habits) and increase in cost to comply with more challenging rules (regulation, quality standards). 50 international waters players have been consulted to give trends for new paradigms for tariffs. Using Kano method, 14 proposals have been analyzed allowing drawing blueprints for possible evolutions of tariffs.
