In the following paper, sustainability has been considered in the multifunctional spaces, according to the point that flexibility and adaptability are the principle topics in the sustainable architecture also in this case. To follow the issues, it's considered to design an intelligent building with consideration to the feature of adapting itself with the direct and indirect alternations. The function of the smart building has been considered as amphitheater. Hence, the following research intends to utilize the propitious methods to access the pattern in designing the multifunctional amphitheater. In the paper, the research methodology is experimental. The statistical society includes the study on eight amphitheaters in Tehran which is haphazardly chosen.
