User Perception Related to Video Quality for using as Network Selection Criterion to Vertical Handover

摘要

With the multimedia traffic and of the heterogeneous networks also referred as (4G) grows the need to maintain the video quality perception by the final user. This work presents a mechanism to select the ideal network based on Quality of Experience (QoE) to a better video quality in vertical handover. The simulation results presents that the minimum PSNR value of the selected networks was 29dB, which shows the selection of efficient network.
