1.The phosphate esterification method is high productivity and very simple process. 2.After phosphate esterification, dibasic phosphate groups (anionically charged) are introduced on CNF surface. 3.Completely individualized CNF can be obtained by phosphate esterification and simple mechanical treatment in water. 4.The phosphorylated CNF are 3-4 nm in width. 5.The phosphorylated CNF slurry are highly transparent and viscous. 6.Three forms of CNF are established. (f) CNF slurry (2) Easily dispersible CNF wet powder (3) Continuous transparent CNF sheet 7.The phosphorylated CNF manufacturing demonstration facility will be installed. We will broaden array of CNF samples to users at the implementation stage.
