Gender disparity in engineering: Results and analysis from school counselors survey and national vignette

Results from this effort demonstrated a statistically significant bias towards the potential differences in how a student is guided based on specific personality attributes and gender. Further, the number of years a counselor has worked has also been demonstrated to have a statistically significant impact on their guidance.
