Flood Frequency Analysis Transformed Model for Small Sample

摘要

This thesis is aimed to integrate the theory of nonparametric statistics and that of transference, establish nonparametric statistical transference models, explore their applicability in analyzing floods frequency, the present model improves the precision in small sample estimation, and provide an alternate method to floods frequency analysis.
