FRACTAL PLASMA: DEBYE-HüCKEL SCREENING ON A FRACTAL

We consider simple theory of screening in the case when charges of plasma or electrolyte move along a fractal of arbitrary dimension d embedded in 3D space. Shielding is dominated by the remote charges in d > 2 and by the immediate neighborhood in d < 2.
