摘要

The speed of the ultrasonic bonding process, combined with the ability to quickly and accurately place MEA components allows for very fast system cycle times. With the current placement system and vision algorithm, MEA components are able to be placed with accuracy well exceeding the tolerances set to ensure proper operation. With laboratory sized MEAs able to be assembled properly and consistently, the current stages of experimentation involve determining how MEA manufacturing parameters scale with size.
