@@ The discovery of novel active molecules has been the focus of intense research for decades and continues to be an important area of research today. Botanical active substances are generally considered environment friendly. However, the shortcomings of the natural products, such as the low yield and activity comparing with current commercialized reagent, have been the limitations in their application. The chemical optimization of botanical active substances has been suggested as a main trend in the development of agrochemicals.
