Organisation of the copper market, scarcity and certainty in proper economic governance

One of the most important questions proposed by Robert Solow corresponds to whether the current organisation of the copper market structures a business logic where transactions, developed by the different actors involved, consider the information scarcity or the abundance of the mineral resource copper. It is expected that information about scarcity and abundance is reflected in the price set by the LME and therefore in the contributions made by actors from physical and financial markets.
