Iron & steel marchet is very furious currently,meanwhile,iron ore and fuel quality increasingly deteriorating.It is very important to explore the better BF operation technology system for implementing low fuel ratio operation,under the long term stabilization and direction.Meigang No.4 BF,with 3200m3volume has worse iron ore and fuel quality compared with the other domestic opponents.How to realize low fuel ratio operation is a severe challenge to Meigang No.4 BF.In this paper,it is discussed,with iron ore and fuel quality increasingly deterioration,to implementate low fuel ratio operation technology and comprehensive effect related of BF based on the practice of Meigang No.4 BF.It is believed that operation of BF.could be further optimized in high yield and low cost with iron ore and fuel quality increasingly deterioration.Through collaborative optimization of the upper and the lower operation system of BF,with high blast temperature and moderate oxygen enrichment rate conditions,it facilitates to increase the utilization rate of gas,ensure the hearth actively and heat fully,make low silicon reduction development effectively.Further,it could achieve low fuel consumption with the long-term stable operation and antegrade and obtain good technical and economic indexes.Meigang No.4BF has 2.491 t/m3· d utilization index and494.6kg/t fuel ratio,under sinter plus crude ore material structure,with total 58.1% ferrum quality now.
