Analyzing the Influence Factors and Its Optimizing Measures of China' s Railway Transport Organization

The development strategy of the railway transport industry is both a serious practical problem and a major theoretical issue.With the depth of the railway market operations,the general category of transportation products and contents are becoming richer and the column moment requirements are also increasing.The result causes the trains travel line to present the alternately peak,the trough and flat railways demand different time interval,which influence the ability of sector' s traffic and lead to the marshalling yard work imbalanced and treat the unload trains centralism to arrive,and eventually form the phenomenon of the trains backlog.This paper analyzed the influence factors of the railway transport organization:the complexity of the railway network construction,imbalance development of the railway network and transportation and so on.According to these factors,proposed optimization measures of optimization the resources deployment of the trains' schedule,improving overall quality of the trains grouping,make full use information technology and establish the perfect efficiency transport organization and management system.
