The Automatic Testing and Program Designing of Spring Testing Machine of Railway Vehicles

This paper presents the software development of microcomputer's control and test system on the base of the spring testing machine of railway vehicles.This kind of machine is extraordinarily tailormade for the industrial control that demands very low requirement of hardware environment.According to the present loading tests,the spring testing machine of railway vehicles can choose any settled programs to do the test automatically with considering the techniques demands when the spring testing item' s demand is pro-considered.The testing data operating is seeking a series of testing outcomes asymptotically via the automatic dichotomy.Then the fitted curves (including spring transforming curve,spring fatigue curve,spring character curve of operational life,etc.) are drawn to complete the final testing report.
