摘要

In this paper,the dynamic system of pantograph-catenary for Beijing-Tianjin intercity high-speed electrical railway is researched.The coupled finite element model of the total pantograph-catenary' s dynamic system effected by the strong side wind is built.Using the Ansys,this paper researches the characteristic of the dynamic current collection of pantograph-catenary system under strong side wind,analyses the characteristic of the dynamic current collection and optimize the parameter.The high speed train operation safety limit standard is consulted,the maximum of safety operation speed in different velocities of side winds is proposed,and the theory foundation for the safe operation of 250 km/h train or above in special wind environments is provided.
