摘要

Improving interaction between actors in prison work (of prison staff directly involved in work with prisoners, persons deprived of liberty respectively) are the primary concern for both the prison practitioners and researchers who offer solutions in this sense. The main objective of the paper relate to the how prison employees in Romania perceive professional development to improve interaction with persons deprived of liberty, training needs analysis to support a climate as favorable psychosocial, and not least the perception of working climate terms of prison employees. The article highlights aspects of the Romanian penitentiary system employees perception of possible topics of training directions, so that anyone working in this type of activity to perform in agreement with operating goals of this type of institution, that the agreement expectations of persons deprived of liberty. The paper presents results of a sociological survey that successfully combined qualitative and quantitative methods.
