THE SOCIAL INTEGRATOR, A SOLUTION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF THE MINOR PREDISPOSED TO CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR

The growth of the number of crimes committed by minors, the impossibility to hold responsible some of them for those crimes, the low efficiency of the efforts of social reintegration of juvenile offenders through custodial methods are some of the causes underlying the need for rethinking the old system of repression of juvenile crimes. Analysis of criminogenic factors that lead offenders to commit antisocial acts with criminal character attracts the involvement of some specialists in the problem of reeducating minors and in the methods of social integration and reintegration. These specialists should be trained in areas such as: psycho-sociology, communication, law, etc. Interdisciplinary instruction, which is to be learned by those who have the necessary qualities to build a new system, should be the starting point for creating the social integrator.
