Implementation of a Primary Decomposition Package

We explain the details of the implementation of a primary decomposition package noro_pd.rr for Risa/Asir~(12) which is a part of OpenXM package.~(13) A function noro_pd. syci_dec implements SYCI algorithm~7 which is a variant of SY algorithm~(14) and it can efficiently decompose ideals with many embedded primary components. We also try parallelization of several parts of the algorithm and show the current performances of the implementation.
