摘要

Spray cooling, as a high efficient and energy-saving cooling method, is expected to be a competitive cooling solution for large-scale electronic device in the future. Lots of theoretical and experimental research on spray cooling has been done till now. But there is rarely integrative study focusing on the influence of the spray inclination change on spray cooling. This paper first deduces in detail the boundary curvilinear equation of the spraying action area with different spray inclination angles and the formula of the actual flow in the target area, then further realizes its algorithm on computers and the comparative analysis of typicalresults. The conclusion will be instructive to the experimental research and the engineering application of the spray cooling.
