Research on China's studying abroad situation and countermeasures

As more and more people go abroad to study, higher education industry has been attracted the world's attention. At present, there is a big trade deficit in education services which shows in less domestic and foreign students go to China after graduation. This paper analyzes the development trend of China's overseas higher education objectively. According to this situation, and proposes further countermeasures: Promote market-oriented reform of higher education; Improve the business and service environment in order to attract more overseas students to return; Increase educational investment to establish high-quality platforms and grasp the openness degree of trade correctly; Strengthen exploiting of domestic vocational training and regulate foreign agencies' accessing to China's education markets.
