The quality of construction management is a complicated work, green evaluation should be carried out systematically analysis. Evaluation index system according to the factors affecting the construction's quality, the quality management system can divide into four indexes including staff, material, equipment and technology as factor layer. This system help evaluate construction management systematically and synthetically.
