摘要

A three-dimensional collision dynamics model developed to research train-to-train collision. The simulation model consists of the following subsystems: coupler, primary energy absorbing mechanism, anti-climber, bogie, wheel-to-rail interaction force, and the car body. The behaviour of the train during collision accidents, especially on overriding and lateral buckling, is studied. It is shown that the trend of overriding and lateral buckling between cars becomes more significant with the increase of the impact speed, and the anti-climber is useful to decrease trend of train overriding.
