Creative Industries: Leading Beijing to Low-carbon City

摘要

As low-carbon and high-efficient, creative industries are considered more and more important in economic development. This paper calculates direct correlation effect and enterprise spread effect, trying to reveal the degree of relationship and radiation effect between Beijing cultural creative industries and each industry in national economy. The Empirical analysis shows strong industry association in Beijing, which is suitable for cluster development. Creative industries has significant relevant with almost all leading industries in the city, inevitably playing an important strategic role in the process of building a low-carbon city.
