New technical developments are leading to innovation in UV stabilization. Increasing the V703 compatibility and solubility in the non-polar polymer matrix led to - Increased UV stabilizing efficiencies - Resulting in the potential to lower UV dosages - Improved paint adhesion - For thermally aged samples and hot water immersed samples. Moderating the pKa in the V703 resulted in minimal salt formation - Improved quality of the part surface texture - Higher molding cycles can be achieved before cleaning the mold.
